Mod’Art International India brings talents fresh out of the oven @ A’la Mode 2014
They call it “A la Mode” we call it the dawn of creative minds all set to storm into the big and raging world of fashion.
None other than the graduating students of the leading French fashion school Mod’Art International who displayed their graduating collections at the Suryaa recently.
From the collections at the show one could see how inspirations can be drawn from the most inconceivable aspects of life. The themes were exotic and what made it remarkable was the distinct appeal each collection possessed in terms of its drapes, patterns and silhouettes.
Parable O castle was a collection stimulated by the architectural beauty of the palaces and forts around the world, Archaic Au Courant depicted the modern times versus the medieval vintage, Spring Umbrella was a collection inspired by the early monsoons at the time of spring, resurrection of the medieval emanated the dramatic look of the medieval and flurry gust was a mixed bag of flamboyance, amorphous, quirky and billowy elements. As ingenious and interesting as the names of the collections sound so were some of the designs. Here are some of the favourites of Fashion and I.
